My story

How the method began

There was a time when my mind wouldn’t slow down.

Constant thinking.

Noise that never really stopped.

Even when everything around me was quiet — inside, it wasn’t.

I tried different ways to calm it.

Some worked for a moment. Most didn’t last.

At some point, I started paying attention to something simple — sound.

Not music.

Not guided meditations.

Just the effect certain frequencies had on my state.

I noticed that some sounds didn’t just relax me —

they shifted something deeper.

My body would settle.

My thoughts would slow down.

And the change felt natural.

Not forced.

Over time, I began structuring these sounds into sessions.

Testing what works. Removing what doesn’t.

What you see here is the result of that process.
